Established in mid 2020, Jen's Plants and Florist is an independently owned store in the heart of Brick Lane London.

Q. Do you have physical store? Where is it? 

We do! You can find us at: 106 Brick Ln, Spitalfields, London E1 6RL

We are open from 10:30am - 6:00pm Tuesdays to Sunday. We are closed on Mondays. 

We also have a popup store in the Old Truman Brewery Market located at: 91 Brick Ln, Spitalfields, London E1 6QR which is open 11:00am to 6:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sundays

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

At this moment in time shipping inside of Great London is: £9.95 

Shipping for the rest of the UK is: £19.95

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered for orders over £150.

Q: Why do my plants keep dying?

The could be a number of different reasons your plant is not healthy. Commonly, over watering or not enough water can cause your plants to die but also change of temperature and also too much sun. We have a whole section of our website dedicated to plant care, you can find it here.

Q: How do I look after my plant? 

 This can differ depending on your plant. We include plant care information within the descriptions of the products found in the website. But in short: Make sure your plant has good soil and more importantly, make sure your plant pot has good drainage and the size of the pot is important too so that it allows the roots to grow.

Q: I'm going on holiday. What should I do with my plants? Will they survive? 

The best thing that you can do is to have someone take care of them while you're away. Some plants might be ok depending on the duration in which you're gone. Again, you can find this information in the product/plant description within the webstore.
