The Sansevieria plant, also known as the snake plant, is a flowering plant from West Africa. The leaves are still and tall, with it reaching heights as tall as eight feet. This is a perfect plant for those who are always forgetting to water their plants because people say it’s “impossible to kill.”
How to Take Care of a Snake Plant
Light: Snake plants thrive in most any conditions, but they are best treated with indirect sunlight.
Water: The snake plant should only be watered when the soil has completely dried. This is usually every 2-8 weeks.
Soil: The snake plant’s kryptonite is rotting. Because of this, the plant needs free-training soil mix that will prevent the buildup of water.
Fertilizer: The rubber plant should be fertilized every three to four weeks.
